Maple Teriyaki Salmon Fillets

This Maple Teriyaki Salmon is a hearty and delicious dinner recipe!
All you need is to prepare maple teriyaki sauce, soak the salmon fillets and bake. It is simply an easy and healthy salmon dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 (8 ounces) salmon fillets

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all the first ingredients except salmon.

Keep 1/2 cup aside for basting; cover and refrigerate.

Add salmon into a large resealable plastic, then Pour the remaining marinade bag. Seal the bag, and turn to coat.

Keep in refrigerator for 3 hours. After that, pick the salmon fillets from the marinade.

Broil salmon 4-in. Take them out after 5 mins. Baste the rest of the marinade. Then return the salmon and broil for 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently.
